Nikos Priporas (1984) was born and lives in Τhessaloniki, Greece. He is a European cultural studies scholar and works as a photographer and photography critic. He has participated in group and solo exhibitions in Greece (Athens Photo Festival 2019, Photometria 2019-2020) and abroad. Part of his work has been featured in print, online media, and publications. Αlso, part of his work is included in private collections.He is a collaborator with the photography platform Lens Culture and a founding member of the photography collective Depot. His latest project, Westside story: A Photographic Exploration of the Western Side of Thessaloniki, was awarded at Athens Photo World under the title, "Westland".
